Which is the best pulled pork recipie ?

I got a huge shoulder of pork for a stupid price reduced in Waitrose ( free range and tended by mermaids of course ).
I want to do a pulled pork recipie for an informal big family dinner over Easter preferably in the slow cooker. There are so many recipes which is the best ???

I often go to Felicity Cloakes columns for this - she looks at different recipes so you can adapt it to your own taste without fearing a disaster too much! She has done one for pulled pork which I have used, was pretty good. Hard to go wrong though!

That recipie looks lovely thanks liney was it ok without any additional sauce ?

I bought a bottle of Paul Newman BBQ sauce I must admit and had a bit of that - it was nice though! After all that cooking I couldn't face making my own sauce.
