What would your meal plan be with it, keeping in mind DH doesn't like cheese or fruit or cream or yoghurt.

A leek
An aubergine
Broccoli
A courgette
Bag of carrots
Tub of natural yoghurt
Double cream
Side of salmon
Bacon
Chorizo
Green peppers
Preserved lemons
Satsumas
Apples
Kale
Half a red pepper
Strawberries
Cheese
Potatoes
Lemons
Limes
Milk

Plus all the usual store cupboard type things bread, eggs, flour, pasta, various grains etc and spices.

And herb garden - sage, parsley and Rosemary

I'd be willing to go to the butchers once probably but wouldn't like to buy in much more as that's pretty well stocked.

So how would
You use it all? Grin

I would give fruit to the dc to eat whole except strawbs which will be served with dollops of natural yoghurt .

Then assuming I'm cooking for four

  1. Whole side if salmon baked in foil with preserved lemons, parsley and garlic. Served with roasted veg cous cous ( green peppers, a carrot, 1/4 of your aubergine, and I'm hoping you have some chickpeas all roasted and a generous spoon of Harissa mixed in before mixing with your couscous)
  1. Leftover salmon flaked into pasta with fried sliced courgette, garlic, and black pepper with a squeeze of lemon juice at end (bit of cream would be nice as a sauce here for those like it)
  1. Aubergine, red pepper, leek, and more of the hoped for chickpeas in a veg curry with rice ( make extra rice for tomorrow)
  1. Chorizo and egg fried rice with any leftover veg scraps ( make sure to leave the carrots)
  1. Pan haggerty with sliced potatoes, carrots and the bacon- top 3/4 with cheese and grill

All of the above would benefit from onions, but they aren't in your list.

I've just noticed your spinach- if I have a leftover potato as well, I'll make a spinach and potato frittata

And if I have tinned tomatoes, a carrot left, and those onions I mentioned I'd make a very basic minestrone or ribollata with the kale and tiny pasta shapes/ broken spaghetti or leftover stale loaf ( depending of it's a minestrone ( pasta) or ribollata ( bread) )

Brilliant! And yes I have onions.

Cheese omelette
Chorizo omelette - just chop the chorizo and dry fry it until the oil comes out then add the eggs.
If you can get some lamb or chicken then the preserved lemons, plus some dates says tagine with vegetable cous cous.
Core out the apples stuff them with some dried fruit and cinnamon then bake them serve with the cream.
Eat the strawberries with a dash of balsamic or a sprinkling of ground black pepper as a cooks perk.
