What can I do with beetroot soup.

Well just that, I had a lot of beetroots, found a recipe online, made a big pan of soup. The ungrateful buggers won't eat it.
Other than throw it out or freeze in single portions and eat it for the rest of my life myself?
Please?

Add tomatoes and herbs then tell them its tomato soup.
Use it instead of vegetable stock.
Convert it to Indian Beetroot soup (shorba)

If you do convert it to Indian and its good, requests to try it should be firmly rebuffed unless a show of gratitude is forthcoming
