Great veggie slow cooker recipes needed!

Just bought one!

There are a load of recipes in 'A Girl Called Jack' that work just as well in a slow cooker. Mamma Jack's Chilli, the peach and chickpea curry and mixed bean goulash are our particular favourites and I cook them regularly in the slow cooker. I make loads of soup in mine too.

The only thing I do frequently in mine is a Quorn mince filling for Shepherd's pie. Happy to post recipe if you want it.

So many recipes rely on tinned tomatoes, and I detest the globby red buggers.
