Has anyone tried to roast joints of meat in a combi oven? Mine has a chicken combi setting that I've used but don't have a clue what settings it is actually using (how many microwaves/what temperature forced air etc). Do you think i could use it to roast some pork or lamb too? I have very little faith in it as a machine, but apart from the hob, it's the only way of cooking in the house...
