Party food ideas, please help!

Am hosting a party in a few weeks time at mine (both adults and children will be there). Am looking for inspiration for creative, filling and easy party nibbles /finger food to prepare. I DON'T want to be standing by the oven the whole time, heating samosas and pizzas. I'm hoping to find ideas for some dishes I can make in advance, pop in fridge, and take out when the party is underway. Any thoughts? Thanks!

We always do about three or four massive bowls of salads....not leaf salads alone but rice or pasta in there...add ham or something similar...maybe diced chicken....and have dressings on the side so people can add it if they want.

We always find chicken legs freshly cooked that day are good too....do them in the morning and cover.

Crisps and dips, crusty bread and cheese, olives, pickles, maybe a curry and rice?

Another idea is borrowing a couple of slow cookers as this is what we often do when we have a crowd. Making something like a chilli or sweet and sour in the morning and maybe something mild for the children. We do salad, dips, crisps etc on the side. I know it's not finger food but it's often very easy to clean up

Pulled pork with lettuce leaves to use as wraps

Fajitas - put pre-cooked wraps, dressings, fillings, salads on the table, and everyone assembles themselves

Frittata is easy but don't refrigerate anything, food tastes better at room temperature. Boiled ham in rolls or pulled pork same way. Sausages can be kept warm in the oven with very little hassle...kids love hotdogs.
