What to do with LOADS of green chillies

I have some delicious green chillies left over from the weekend. The trouble is they are very hot and I've still got about twenty left. I don't want them to go to waste so would love some ideas!

You can freeze them :)
Ideally split them down the middle and remove the seeds as they go brown and a bit soggy on defrosting, but if they're too small and fiddly, freezing whole is fine :)

Depends how you like to use then. You can put them in the freezer whole, and just take one out and add it whole to whatever you're cooking.

Alternatively, you can chop it up quite finely and store it in a container in the freezer, and break off a chunk to add whenever you need to use some. That's what my mum (Indian, and a great cook) does, as she lives in Australia and can't always get the really hot chillies she loves best!

Blend them together with garlic, lemongrass, a shallot/onion, fresh coriander and galangal (if you can find it) to make green Thai chilli paste and then freeze the paste in an ice cube tray.
