What can I feed this person?

I have someone coming to my house who I would like to cook something nice for. She is arty London hipster type. I'm sure she wouldn't complain if I gave her pizza and chips but would like something a wee bit more fancy dancey. Although not trying too hard cos that would be weird. Any nice suggestions please?

As arty London type I can confirm I would eat anything! Not a hipster though. The cool people in London are very anti hipster

If you want to do pizza and chips then do it. But why not make it from scratch? My favourite pizza is fig, mozarella, proscuitto and basil with a pile of salad leaves on top. And make big chunky chips. Yum!
