I have to make a pig cake for DD's birthday (as in right NOW, last minute, argh!). I was relying on being able to find some pink icing in town today... except I couldn't find any anywhere, disaster.
Instead I bought some ready-to-roll white icing and some pink food colouring. I'm desperately hoping that with lots of kneading it will turn pink. Or am I kidding myself and it will just be a marbly pink-white mess?
Back up option is something white - maybe a polar bear cake?!
