SW recipe suitable for someone with Crohns

My sister is coming round tonight. Her and her bf are doing Slimming World to lose weight. They want a "sin free" meal tonight I haven't a clue
However, I'm in the middle of a bad Crohns flare up so have to avoid lots of foods, including:
Spicy food
Onions
Peppers
Whole grains
Salad
Nuts
Worcester Sauce
Brown Sauce
Caffeine

I'm just out of hospital and don't want to be in pain but I want to make something they, my 3yo and I can enjoy. If anyone can think of a delicious but relatively easy recipe for me I would be much obliged.Smile

SW is pretty much, eat lean meat, fish, veg, fruit, pasta and rice, don't add fatty stuff, don't use fat when cooking - if that helps.

So fish or lean meat with potatoes and veg would be absolutely fine, if you're after something more exciting...what do you like?

Ok thank you. what about sauces? Dd prefers "wet"food at the moment! Grin
I've no appetite so lacking inspiration. Have you any easy favourites?

I did lemon & herb chicken the other day:

Chicken breast each
Juice & rind of a lemon
Chopped fresh parsley
Salt & pepper

Recipe had a pinch of chilli flakes but leave them out because of your Crohn's.

Slice chicken into strips.
Grate rind of lemon & squeeze out all the juice into a bowl. Add fresh chopped parsley, salt & pepper & marinate for a couple of hours, shaking / stirring the chicken every now & again.

When ready to eat, drain & fry the chicken in a little fry light.

We had it with cous cous, but you could have it with a mixed salad, jacket potatoes, baby news or whatever you fancy & can eat.

And it's not too 'lemony' so your LO will probably like it. The lemon makes the chicken really juicy.

Tomato based sauces are the easiest to do without them having fatty stuff in...(cheese or creamy not so much, lol) stock and seasonings are all free.

Gravy isn't free though, if you were thinking stew or casserole type wet food.

Forgot that citrus doesn't work with me. Sad
I am thinking skinless grilled chicken with a tomato, paprika and garlic sauce, rice with carrots and peas. Does that sound ok?
Then Fresh Fruit Salad of Mango, Strawberries and apples for everyone else. I will have some sorbet in the freezer. I'm not great today so don't want to aggravate with fruit.
