I would quite like to bake a cake for my mum for Mother's Day. She likes apples so was thinking of apple cake or maybe Battenberg (but would have to buy Swiss Roll flat tin) - she also likes honey and greek yogurt.
Any ideas please for recipes? I can bake cakes quite well. thanks!
