Lunch ideas for a sandwich hater

My DD mostly has school lunches but sometimes goes out of school to play in a netball tournament. The school provide a packed lunch as they have to leave before lunch.
She hates sandwiches though, if she was in school I'd make her something like a pot of pasta salad but that's a bit tricky to eat on the coach. Any ideas for easy-to-eat lunches?

DS has recently 'gone off' bread.
He's been having bread sticks, carrot / cucumber sticks, pot of houmous, pasta / rice salad, cheese and biscuits. He likes cold baked beans so a little pot of those is an option too, possibly with wedge of tortilla.
Hope to pick up some more inspired tips on this thread too Smile

Traditional Cornish Pasty meat at one end dessert at the other.

Falafels and a little tub of spicy dip like Doritos. Small packet of olives.
Babybel and veg batons.

sushi? Anything else i can think of has already been suggested but both my DC (one is extremely fussy) enjoy sushi and I love it myself for a filling and healthy cold lunch.

Also, I don't think a pot of pasta with a little fork would be that awkward on a coach....

My little angels want curry but I always used Schwartz medium madras curry powder and they have discontinued it. Does anyone know of an alternative? I have tried loads of different powders/pastes but they don't like the taste.

If it's just for the occasional away match, then I would go for a (disposable) box of veg sticks, cheese, maybe ham or sausages, and leave it at that TBH - or not bother at all. My DC dont much like the rolls in school supplied packed lunches - they just eat the filling and the rest of lunch (except DD won't eat apples either Hmm) and they certainly don't starve - host school generally give them some sort of match tea anyway.

Samosas, bhajees, meat or fruit kebabs, fallofals. Cold pizza slices ?
