Probably asked a dozen times before but is chocolate Madeira cake OK ? I've got a castle cake to make and I'd rather do it in Madeira as it doesn't crumb too badly plus will take construction.
And can you make Madeira cupcakes ? Or are they too solid for icing ?
Not that I'm lazy but once I've got the mixer out and the cake(s) cooking I need to make 30+ cupcakes as well.
