Remus
I use Rick Stein's Far Eastern Oddysey as a guide, then go a bit off piste depending on what I have.
It must involve plenty of kecap manis for us and cucumber served on the side.

Pantah630 · 08/03/2015 18:06

Cauliflower, pea and coconut curry and rice
Ostrich steak, potatoes and veg
Sticky Ginger Salmon with some form of noodle stir fry
Hunters Chicken, oven chips and salad
Pie and mash
Corned beef hash

I've been feeling rough this weekend so will be making use of meat/fish that I have in the freezer this week, veg box and Storecupboard ingredients. We had keralan fish curry earlier, only 20 mins tops to cook and very tasty.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 08/03/2015 18:06

There's a Chinese shop round the corner from me, but also Waitrose have it.
It's weird that I can get it so easily as I live in a small Scottish town.
