I think this might be the place where someone can help me.
I had a Comic Relief recipe book from years ago, I think early 2000, with an Ainsley Harriot recipe for potato, onion and rosemary bread. I recycled the book in a fit of decluttering some time ago, but really fancy cooking it now.
I've had a look on the net and can't find it - most of the recipes involve proving the bread, which I don't recall being a feature of the original recipe.
Does anyone know the recipe I mean, and would you share it?
