How long can I make things before they go off?

I need to make some things for a bake sale next Friday - I have little time on the Weds/ Thurs night

I was thinking of making nutella cakes and biscuits - how far before hand can I make them before they go soft/ hard?

I was planning on icing the biscuits and putting white choc on the nutella cakes

I would do it on the Wednesday, then if anything goes wrong you still have Thursday! They will keep a few days so I wouldn't worry about it xx
