Aubergine & courgettes slow cooker curry

Ok, very specific but does anyone have a recipe for aubergine and courgette curry? I need to use them up before they go off and with 2 small kids would ideally like something that I can just bung in a slow cooker and think no more of. I've tried googling but can't find one, unless anyone had tips for making a normal recipe slow cooker friendly?

Are those veggies suitable for slow cookers?
If I've ever used them in stew or curry cooked for a long time they tend to disintegrate and go slimy.

Hmm, slimy veg definitely does not sound appetising! That does make sense though, they're probably not suitable. We ended up having a very easy meal yesterday and DH bought a jar of curry sauce for today. /lazy

Think I'd opt for ratatouille rather than curry. Those are two of the main ingredients.

I imagine they'd end up very sludgy
