I am setting myself a challenge this month to try and cook dinner (from scratch as much as possible) every single night. I know this doesn't seem like much to some people but I am a complete slob in the kitchen and we end up eating rubbish (frozen meals, microwave food etc) or getting takeaways most nights.
I'm starting to wean my 7mo and have been quite reliant on jars and I'd like to change that.
DH is a great cook and he has no problem making excellent dinners. I just want to challenge myself.
