Preserved lemons?

I impulse bought a jar a few months ago, with no idea really what I might want them for.

Suffice it to say they are sitting unopened in the cupboard.

Anyone got any good recipes that include them?

They're often used in Moroccan cuisine. Dust off the tagine and have a Google.

i have a jar too with no idea what to do with them! I think i've seen Jamie use them...?

I'm making lamb and lemon kebabs with them this week, I'll make it up as I go along but I plan on green chilli and ground coriander in the mix, shaped into small sausages on skewers.
I'm also going to make hummous, baba ganoush and something involving cooked beetroot and feta.

I've only bought them once, used them for a specific recipe from Guardian weekend mag, a Yottam Ottelnghi recipe I think! It was sooo good!

I have a couple of jars (supermarket was selling them off Shock) Lamb tagine here.

I've used them in a stuffed red pepper recipe with mint, pine nuts and feta delicious!

Otolenghi chermoula aubergine with preserved lemons. Can't link, sorry. But it's fabulous.

Lots of ottolenghi recipes use it. I assume other Middle Eastern ones too. I make soup and salads with it in the last few weeks. I use it a lot and make my own ones. It's just lemon, salt and oil.
