I have a pack of organic skinless chicken breasts which need cooking today.
DD is 18mts and allergic to onions (and all onion family)and not mad keen on tomatoes.
Am at a complete loss as to what to make that actually might taste half decent-any bright ideas?

Honey and mustard?

Chop it up and stir fry with soy sauce and lemon juice, and garlic if allowed, and ready-for-wok noodles. Goes down a treat in our house, in fact had it for tea yesterday.

Broccoli chicken pasta bake? Roast off the chicken & chop into chunks, put in an ovenproof dish with some cooked broccoli & cooked pasta. Pour some cheese sauce over & bake for about 15 mins. Yummy. YOu could aslo add some chopped courgette for extra veg

Stir fried with peppers and courgettes with honey and a touch of chilli?

Or top with a rasher of bacon and sprinkle of cheese, wrap in foil and bake in the oven - ds1 loves this.

Thank you all-some great suggestions and I am going to try them all over the next week or so, but tonight, because I have some left over cheese sauce from supper on Tuesday, the broccoli, chicken and pasta bake wins.
