Are Co Yo coconut milk yogurts healthy?

Dairy free, sugar free, gluten free, ya-dee-ya-dee-ya. Apparently coconut milk/oil the new super food etc. But about 20g of fat per small pot I see. Please can someone more nutritionally intelligent than me tell me if these are healthy?

I don't know about healthy but I ate one of these last night and felt quite queasy after. It was delicious but very heavy and I felt queasy for about 3 hours afterwards. I think half a pot would be more than enough.

I am feeling quite queasy right now. Assumed it was unrelated, but maybe not?!

I think half a pot is plenty, they are so rich

DH is dairy free, so I get the vanilla one to use in place of double cream/custard to go with cakes and puddings. He sometimes gets himself the chocolate one in place of a chocolate mousse/chocolate fondant type treat of a weekend, like maybe every couple of months. So compared to that kind of thing I think, yes, they are a healthy choice. If you just fancy something to go with your lunch everyday, no probably not.

Where can you buy these? I haven't seen them in the supermarket - the only dairy free yoghurts they have are Alpro.

I ordered mine from Ocado. Tasty, but I think probably not the thing for a daily breakfast yogurt as you say Moustache.

My big Tesco has them too. Or otherwise sometimes our little independent health food shop does.
