Help! Egg free cupcake recipe

My DS has his last day at his childcare tomorrow. I said I would bring in cupcakes for morning tea. They have to be egg free.

Didn't think this would be any trouble. I am a reasonably competent baker....

However, the first lot have just gone in the bin. They were terrible! Any suggestions for an egg free cupcake recipe that might actually work?

It's a vegan recipe but I substitute soy milk with cow's milk. It's always given really good results for me. Good luck!

My pleasure. Hope they turn out well. What I meant was, I substituted soy yoghurt with Greek yoghurt. Also, I used SR flour instead of plain flour as that is what I had at home. So I reduced the baking powder to 1 tsp. sorry I forgot to mention these thing before.
