Waffle iron

I got a waffle iron for Christmas (love waffles). Now I'm wondering what else I can cook in it? Any suggestions? I saw a clip of someone cooking a waffley omelette on uTube which looked good, but wouldn't it stick and be a bugger to clean off?

There's loads of ideas on pinterest.

We've done toasted sandwiches in it - and you can also do french toast / potato waffle/rosti type things

It should be fairly non-stick so as long as is well greased I'd have thought the egg wouldn't stick - the waffles don't after all!
