Salad bags have a lovely selection in them but I am not keen on the idea of chlorine all over it.

Where can you buy those types of leaves fresh?

Iceberg lettuces are so boring, but they seem to be the main fresh one on offer.

Buy a packey of cut and come again lettuce seeds. It is dead easy to grow, comes up in a couple of weeks, oyu cut it and it grows again.

Good idea - problem is, I'm not good at plants though. Even the children's school sunflowers were a bit of a trauma
