I'm really not a good cook and have a lot going on right now, so I think the best idea would be to batch cook lots of stuff in the slow cooker, then freeze portions.
What are your favourite slow cooker recipes? We do eat meat and currently I have pork steaks, chicken breasts, lean mince in the freezer and sausages in the fridge. I try to stay away from dairy, but am currently trying out lactofree milk and cream, so could use them.
I tend to cook chilli con carne, cottage pie and stew every week, also slow cooked pork shoulder joint, so something different would be nice.
