Love that it's finished with strawberries!

Chocolate Brownie Cake

1 large bar of dark chocolate
300g of butter
2 ½ cups of granulated sugar
6 eggs
3 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups of plain flour
5 mars bars
3 galaxy caramels

Melt dark chocolate and butter over pan of water
Pour into a large bowl and stir in sugar and vanilla
Beat eggs and gradually mix in to bowl
Gradually stir in flour
Add in chopped up mars bars and galaxy caramels
Pour into baking tray and cook on a medium heat for 30 mins
Once cooked cool on rack

Topping
1 large bar of white chocolate
1 large tub of double cream
Sliced strawberries

Melt white chocolate and 1 cup of double cream
Spread over cooled cake
Whip remainder of cream and spread over cake
Add sliced strawberries

Now I like my cake to be chunky slices with thick topping but light as air cake that melts in your mouth. yummmmmmm

It doesn't sound like a cake at all.
