roll steak in flour, mustard powder, seasoning, fry for 5 minutes to seal it, bung it in a pot with gravy, red wine, onion, mushrooms, carrot, beef bullignion(sp) and leave for at least an hour and a half, preferably 3, make some dumplings to go on top, wonderful winter casserole. Sorry not very imaginative but very tasty - its what I made yesterday!!!
