I have never quite achieved perfect "thin crust, squidgy middle" brownie.

Does anyone have a fantastic recipe please?

Thank you!

used to make 'okay' Brownies until...............I saw the Winner of GBBO on QVC demonstrating Kitcen Aids and he whisked the sugar and eggs.

"What a faff" I thought, just to blether on about the Kitchen Aid no doubt.

But, Ephinany Moment it really does give the sugary crust and a velvety cocoa texture.
I use a lined tray bake foil tray and give then 25 minutes, no more.
Leave them at least a day to mature.

185g butter
185g dark chocolate
85g plain flour
40g cocoa powder
100g chocolate chunks (plain Toblerone minis that get left over from the selecton)Grin
3 large eggs
275g caster sugar
walnuts
vanilla extract

25-30 minutes at 160-180 c

Buy a box of brownie mix from Lidl.

Add an egg and some water.

Bake it.

Eat it. Grin
