Please help...I have three quick questions:
- Have you ever used the rapid bake button (1 hour loaf) with a mix of wholemeal and white flour ? I usually use 300g wm and 200g white on other settings.
- Have you ever tried using spelt flour (as a blend) and if so, on what setting? I know it needs much less baking and proving times.
- Does your paddle come off and get stuck in the loaf? Mine does every time!
