What can i do with a duck crown?

At DH's request I bought a Gressingham duck crown for dinner tomorrow. But I have never cooked duck before and have no idea how to cook it to maximise the flavour/texture.
I have only tasted it in Chinese-y types of meals before don't think I could replicate them successfully at home so would like interesting alternatives if possible.
TIA

Roast it and serve it with a fruity sauce, orange or cherry are good.

Just treat it like a normal joint of roast meat, but place it on a roasting rack, if possible, and prick the skin all over, so the excess grease drips off. Season the skin well with salt and pepper (and/or any other seasoning you like). You could rest it on some left-over citrus fruits you might have loitering in your fridge or fruit bowl: lemons, limes, satsumas. It will be very, very tasty with dauphinoise potatoes and a green veg.
