Is there anything I can do with them?

How are they soggy? Did you cook them in water or fry them in oil?

If they are water logged from boiling, place in a colander and get as much water as you can out of them. Place a small dish into the colander and put weight on to get as much water out as possible.
Mash the flesh, add salt and pepper, beaten egg, cream, grated cheese and if you like bacon pieces.
Butter a small pie dish and pour mixture in. Sprinkle with more grated cheese and bake until mixture has set and top is golden

If they are soggy after frying, place on kitchen paper towels and gently pat dry to absorb as much oil as possible.
Place courgette slices on bottom of baking dish, put some tomato sauce and sprinkle with oregano or basil. Another layer of courgette and another of tomato.
Keep layering until you use all the courgette.
Top with more grated cheese and bake until cheese is lightly golden

Grin Grin
Can't think of a thing you could do with them.
Except put in the compost heap or chuck in the bin. Sorry

In that case, bin.
