I've got a fab one called Slow Cooked by a blogger called Miss South. Much more interesting recipes than 100 variations on dull casserole and the awful american "recipes" you usually find online involving a ton of sugar or tins of soup. She has a blog called NorthSouth food, so you can check out whether it's your cup of tea before buying.

I just google, I've found that a lot of sc books are 3/4 of stuff I don't want or like. Made the most amazing Chinese dish last night 'General Tsao (?) chicken'. I'm going to write them all in a notebook - when I remember Confused
