Enormous favour, someone? Jamie recipe

I don't suppose anyone could point me to an online version of Jamie Oliver's Dark and Sticky Stew, could they? Or an even bigger favour - post the recipe in the briefest note form? My friend makes it for my kids and they love it, she's in America and I've got all the Jamie books except the one that's got it in! I'll swap for any other recipe you haven't got and I have.....TIA

Serves 6

800g Stewing lamb roughly diced
sea slt & freshly ground pepper
1 small handlefull of fresh rosemary
2 heaped tablespoons flour
extra virgin olive oil
1 red onion chopped
8 filed mushroom cut in half
1 handful baby carrots
1 parsnip grated
1 dessert spoon marmite
2 tablespoons pearl barley
1/2 Guinness
1 pint stock
18 chipolata sausages
6 skewers

Pre heat oven: 180 c
Put lamb, salt, pepper and chopped rosemary leaves in bowl, add flour and mix until covered.
Fry in the olive oil to give them colour. put aside.

Fry onions carrots and mushrooms for five mins, add the lamb, parsnip, pearl barley, marmite, guinness and stock, bring to boil and simmer for 20 mins.

Skewer 3 sausages on each of the skewers.

When stew goes in oven add chippolatas, put lid on and cook for one hour.

Thank you both so very much - you have saved me from being the worst mother in Kent - for Saturday teatime anyway! They want to eat it with Robin Hood and Strictly Come Dancing - oh the shame, dinner in front of the telly......!!!
