Fresh ideas with mince?

Hello,

A pound of mince is defrosting for the supper, and I can't decide what to make. I've done shepherd's pie, meatballs, bolognaise a lot lately...any fresh ideas?

Thanks in advance

cdtaylornats Mmm, the Teviotdale pie is the kind of thing DH would LOVE. Thank you. I have some lamb mince in the freezer, so I might make that next week. Maybe with some rosemary, mmm.

DustBunnyFarmer Are you in Glasgow? There was a buffet place there used to do flatbread toasties with chicken tikka, bacon and blue cheese? BTW, I have a few dust bunnies that would like to move to a farm...do you adopt too?

Not Glasgow, Rosy - down south.

We have a very welcoming environment for dust bunnies here. Ours are allowed to breed with wild abandon under the stairs.

Oh, my down the back of the sofa bunnies would love that. I can hear them hopping and squealing with excitement. Can they come for a holiday? When they return I will happily host yours for a bit as a thank you. And any resultant progeny from the "wildly abandoned breeding" of course.

There's also a small enclave behind the bathroom door and another in the corner by the fridge. One of the joys of lots of tiled or oak block flooring. Always a welcoming home for dust bunnies.
