Anyone have a sponge recipe that is like the M&S party tray bake?

I just love the markies squares tray bake! The sponge is so moist and yummy!

I know it'll have weird industrial stuff in it to taste that good but I don't suppose anyone has a recipe that is as close to it as possible?

I can't find a link to it but I've used a Rachel Allen recipe for Vanilla Buttercream Squares, which is a pretty good version of the party tray bake!
