Recipes to use up LOADS of milk....

Having a milk lake crisis here, have got at least 1 litre of milk, best before tomorrow. Has anyone got any recipes that would involve lots of milk?

Have already made enough white sauce to last months, anyone got any other ideas? Maybe puddings?

Thanks

Unopened bottles last beyond their use by date.

Porridge? Hot chocolates tonight and chocolate milkshakes? Something with custard?

We would have no trouble geting through it here.

You could make ricotta or paneer cheese and then use it in pasta/curry:
ricotta you boil a litre of milk with juice of half a lemon for 15 mins then sieve through double layer of muslin
paneer similar but vinegar instead of lemon juice(can't remember how much)

you could freeze it in a ice cube tray, otherwise i would make semolina, rice pudding etc all those lovely comfort dishes.
