It was frozen after one day then defrosted and has been in the fridge 3 days?

I wouldn't but I am a bit cautious about these things.

sandyballs · 18/10/2006 12:02

No, I think defrosted stuff has to be eaten within 24 hours preferably.

slaughterfalls · 18/10/2006 12:04

SoupDragon · 18/10/2006 12:04

No, especially if it had been previously frozen. And I'm fairly lax about stuff like this!

SoupDragon · 18/10/2006 12:05

Unless it has no meat in it. Then I'd eat it!

No I wouldnt risk it.

chestnutter · 18/10/2006 12:15

Thanks guys - looks like pasta and pesto tonight then!
Reason it wasn't eaten is cos DH has been ill for the last couple of days but I'd already taken it out the freezer.

HuwE, I assume you're a bloke?
