My local branch of Tesco has a range of gluten free products all together on one shelf. Otherwise avoid buying anything that contains wheat or wheat flour, which unfortunately means a lot of label reading, as wheat products turn up in the most unlikely places. Sorry, I don't have any recipes - have you tried a google search?

you can buy gluten free flours in the health shop and replace them for wheat flour in recipes, works quite well for most thing and alot of stuff actaully tastes nicer.

don't have a lot of recipes yet as i'm still in week 1 of wheat free life for dd. theres a site that you can get to if you google 'barley flour recipes' that has tonnes of really yummy stuff like pancakes and muffins.

tesco do a good range of stuff as do any healthshops, try and use the healthshops if possible as they need the business more and you'll find if they get to know you they'll be great for recommending stuff and ordering special stuff in.

Goodness Direct have lots of nice gluten-free ingredients and products, which you can order online.

They used to also sell good recipe books, but haven't used them for a while, so don't know if they still do.

Check out the pure website. They have some gluten free recipes. Otherwise google it!

pure website

If you buy organic stuff, the ingredients' list is more straightforward and easy to decipher, eg yogurt will be: milk; fruit puree. As opposed to: milk, additive xyz, maize starch, etc.
