Drinking chocolate has lots of sugar, so adjust accordingly and it will probably be allright.

It doesn't taste as chocolatey as cocoa in baking recipes.

spookegypt · 15/10/2006 12:10

for drinking? or cooking?

spookegypt · 15/10/2006 12:10

oh, cooking i guess as its in the food section

I'd say it depends on what you're making sometimes as well as sugar drinking chocolate has milk powder in it too! What are you making?

no way - it's a totally different (inferior) thing and it would be a waste of all the other baking ingredients - just go and buy some cocoa!
