Cod has come on and apologised for the way she expressed herself on the witch thread. Well done Cod....i never thought i would ever see a Cod apology!
she hasn't apologised for her opinion and why should she?
We are all adults here (though we don't always act like it) and we all have varied opinions on a wide subject matter, we have discussions about all sorts of things and i know that STG gets stuck in on many threads the same as every one else.
Its a shame that she feels the need to withdraw from MN becuase one person made a comment that i am sure she has heard before. it was inconsiderate and not very well thought out argumnent but COD has apologised for that.
You cannot come in with your DOC martins on in some threads and then leave becasue someone has done the same in another.
COD isn't to blame for STG leaving really. I don't know STG very well but i do know that she can have bouts of low self esteem/depression so maybe this was just the wrong post at the wrong time.
I agree that what COD said was wrong, if any other poster had put something like that on a thread about any other faith/religion i can imagine the uproar that would have been created, but her opinion is her own and she should not have to apologise for it.
