how many bars of 85% cocoa solids do I need?

Making chocolate ice cream tonight and usually put in 4 heaped tablespoons of cocoa - decided to try substituting it for 2 bars of Lindt 85% which are 100g each

Does anyone know if this going to be enough or do I need another bar? The recipe is just 2 pots of double cream (8oz) to two tins of condensed milk whipped up together and stuck in the freezer. Makes just short of 3 litres

I would get another bar of you can do that fairly easily, make it with 2, then taste it and add the third if you think it needs it. Then you have a spare bar of chocolatenot for long in this house

I used 2 and then added a tablespoon of cocoa as I didn;t get a chance to go to the shops - its delicious!
