Just made the gravy but it tastes burnt/bitter

How can I rescue it? If at all?

You can't rescue burnt unfortunately. That slightly acrid flavour is will spoil anything you put with it. How did you make the gravy?

Roasted chicken wings with veg. I googled how to rescue it and general consensus was to add a bit of sugar, which seems to have worked!
