Crackers for smoked salmon terrine - recommendations please.

Basically, I'm going all out for Xmas Day with 2 starters:

Mini melon boats with parma ham and smoked salmon terrine with crackers. What are the best crackers for a terrine?

I was looking at the Ryvita thins range, but would they be enough? Or something a bit posh, but not too much flavour to take away the taste of the terrine? Any ideas? MTIA

Could you make your own oatcakes? They can be done in asvance

Mmmm.....might try that idea, but having a MIL that is an amazing cook, they will be commented on if not exactly right...

Ah well you can buy oatcakes too . I think thwy go well with salmony things

Jacobs do a nice salt and cracked black pepper or what about toast?
I bet Duchy Originals do some posh crackers.

Jazz ha ha I would, but MIL is getting on a bit, and also looks after FIL due to his stroke so we're doing most of the stuff for her
