Basically, I'm going all out for Xmas Day with 2 starters:
Mini melon boats with parma ham and smoked salmon terrine with crackers. What are the best crackers for a terrine?
I was looking at the Ryvita thins range, but would they be enough? Or something a bit posh, but not too much flavour to take away the taste of the terrine? Any ideas? MTIA
