I freeze and use in pasta sauce

Tomato sauce
Roast lamb (slash meat and tuck in wee bit of anchovies and some garlic)
Mix with tuna and capers for sandwich filling
Whizz into some mayo as a spread to pep up bland sandwiches
Add a couple to thai curry in place of fish sauce

Cheats Caesar dressing - I have a recipe I'm waiting to try until I have leftover anchovies to use! Shout if you fancy trying it and I'll dig it out.
