Can I make and freeze fairy cakes in advance?

Will they taste ok? How long to defrost?

They'll be fine, I'd freeze before icing them and they will defrost pretty quickly - 30 minutes?

I've done this before, just make sure that they are well wrapped and save decorating them until you take them back out. They taste absolutely fine and I just leave them at room temp for an hour or so and they are defrosted just fine (a few hours if it's a cake)
