Cut the peppers into strips, put a little olive oil in a saucepan and cook the peppers with the garlic until soft. Serve with the pasta and chicken.

And don't tell me you've got no olive oil.

MerlinsBeard · 09/10/2006 17:57

olive oil i can do

MOM- with all those things you can make an easy and tasty tomato based sauce. Chop onion, peppers, garlic, fry add can of tomatos, let reduce for at least 20 minutes on a low heat.

Mix with chicken pieces, pasta, top with cheese, bake in oven until melty?

TwigTwoolett · 09/10/2006 17:57

fry onion (bacon if you have) add garlic and tin chopped tomatoes and basil.. add chicken pieces and simmer for about 20 minutes (splash worcester sauce)...add cooked pasta and green beans sprinkle on lots of cheese to serve

that should work .. and if it doesn't there's always the chippy..

TwigTwoolett · 09/10/2006 17:57

bugger he beat me by 3 seconds

ledodgywizardrobespierre · 09/10/2006 17:57

Why not cook your pasta, and fry your chicken stick it in an oven dish mix with chopped tomatoes, veg , and herbs etc and cover with cheese (mozzerella and normal if you have both) stick in the oven. Voila Pasta bake.

ledodgywizardrobespierre · 09/10/2006 17:58

MerlinsBeard · 09/10/2006 17:58
