Golden Syrup Cornflake Cakes - NOT chocolate.....Pregnancy Craving - NEEEEED recipe please!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's all I can think about!!!!!!! I had a "We can cook" book when I was a child and the recipe was in there, but I can't find the book! Have butter, golden syrup, cake cases and cornflakes, but just need measuring amounts and any missing ingrediants! Any help much appreciated!

Definately do not want chocolate ones!

Hmm - did a search, and found a link that didn't work, but on the google page it had a little bit of the text:

"2 tblsp golden syrup 25g butter 75g rice crispies or cornflakes ... Set out 20 cake cases and spoon the mixture into the cases. Leave to set before eating"

Not sure if this is the entire recipe though - does it sound right?
