I need the ingredient list for the marinade for the joy soy lamb. For reasons you would not believe if I told you I can't get to my book, I can remember how to cook the rice - ooh, actually how much turmeric do you put in?(YUM, YUM!) but can't remember what you brush onto the lamb. If anyone can help I'd be pathetically grateful

1 tsp ground fennel or cumin
1 garlic clove crushed
1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dry
1 tsp each grated lemon rind and juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce

and it is 1/2 tsp of tumeric in the rice
