I Have two Anaphylactic children so am fully aware of allergies & cross contamination.

I make all occasion cakes made to suit your allergies be it egg/nut/gluten/wheat/milk or soya free or a combination of all.

Natural colourings & flavourings.

Sepearate utensils are used for each allergy, no allergens are brought into premesis, all ingredients are thoroughly researched but please be aware manafacturers cannot guarantee 100% free so neither can i although this is only stated to safeguard themselves I am anaphylactic so i only use ingredients i am happy with!

I hold a food hygeine & Safety certificate & have worked in catering for 6 years. I have no pets & am an obsessive cleaner so no need to worry.

Good idea. Why don't you look into doing this as a full on business? One of the problems with being a parent of an anaphylactic child is that you have real trust issues and whilst I am sure you are above board and totally honest I would worry about DS eating anything that didn't have a detailed label or was made by me.

If I were you I would seriously look into getting a bank loan and starting up a business.

Thank you! Yes I would like to start it as a full on business but thought i'd see how it goes and let it grow! I totaly understand what you mean about trust issues! I have put together an extensive history booklet on all ingredients, their manafacturer & guarantees which come with ordering so you can see and research yourself if you feel the need to! I know i would you can also come and see my kitchen & try a free sample.

I would if I lived near you. There is a real whole in the market for what you are doing so go for it.
