Sepearate utensils are used for each allergy, no allergens are brought into premesis, all ingredients are thoroughly researched but please be aware manafacturers cannot guarantee 100% free so neither can i although this is only stated to safeguard themselves I am anaphylactic so i only use ingredients i am happy with!
I hold a food hygeine & Safety certificate & have worked in catering for 6 years. I have no pets & am an obsessive cleaner so no need to worry.
