canapes for the book club night pleassse

canapes - yuck word but what else d o yo u call them - snacks?
anyway was going to roll out some filo. smear with cranberry sauce and top with brie but i have one pregnant guest
any ideas?

any ideas before i go to shops

that will be OK if you cook them - cooked Brie is OK if you're preg.

I like doing a spanish omelette and cutting it into squares - healthy too!
